We have built these into significant enterprises through a combination of fostering internal growth and completing multiple add-on acquisitions.
We bring an active management approach to our private equity and debt investments. We become a strategic partner to management, as well as a financial sponsor to the company. Our objective is to partner with senior operating management, so that the interests of all parties are aligned toward the successful creation of value over the longer term.
Our partners have significant multi-year experience in the federal services sector that enables us to assess acquisition opportunities quickly and add meaningful value to the businesses we acquire.
We are interested in making both equity investments and mezzanine debt investments with linked, equity-like elements where our involvement will allow us to add value to these companies based on our industry and sector focus and experience. These investments include both control and non-control minority positions.
