Falcon Communications, Inc. announces the sale of its wholly owned subsidiary AOS, Inc, to Americom Government Services
(DALLAS, TX – July 29, 2008) – AOS, Inc., engineers of secure telecommunications
technologies and global network mobility today announced it has signed an agreement
detailing its acquisition by satellite solutions provider Americom Government Services (AGS) of
McLean, Va., from Falcon Communications, Inc., a company owned by management and CM
Equity Partners. Upon completing this transaction, AOS, Inc. will integrate as a division of
AGS.
AOS was founded in 1988 in Dallas, Texas, and in 2005, CM Equity Partners participated with
management in recapitalizing AOS. Today AOS is a leading provider of highly secure,
customized, turnkey network mobility and communications solutions, and engineering, program
management, IT consulting and managed network services. As one of the most respected and
recognized leaders in its industry, AOS has a reputation for exceeding customer expectations
in solving mission-critical problems with innovative applications of technology and expertise.

AOS Inc. will continue most operations from its Dallas, Texas headquarters with the
incorporation of a few staff members in the AGS offices in McLean, Virginia.
