CM Equity Completes Sale of Evans Consoles to Management
New York, New York - (April 30, 2009) – CM Equity Partners, L.P. announced today that it completed the sale to management of its portfolio company Evans Consoles, Inc. (“Evans”).
Evans, based in Calgary (Alberta), Canada, and founded in 1980, is a world leader in the design and manufacture of technical console furniture for control rooms serving federal, state and commercial clients in a broad range of markets including command and control, emergency response centers, air traffic control, telecommunications, data processing, financial services and electric utilities throughout the world. Evans' products and services include: needs analysis, control center design, display walls, consoles manufacturing, custom millwork and turnkey installation.
Clients include NASA, Boeing, the Pentagon, Microsoft, Deutsche Telekom, Shanghai Power, Canadian Coast Guard, NATS and Shell.
