Americom Government Services Completes Acquisition of AOS, INC., a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of Falcon Communications, INC.
MCLEAN, VA - (July 15, 2009) - Satellite solutions provider AMERICOM Government Services (AGS) announced today that it completed the acquisition of AOS, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Falcon Communications, Inc.
The company, which will be operated as a division of AGS, is based in Dallas, Texas, and is a leading provider of highly secure, customized, turnkey network mobility and communications solutions, engineering, program management, IT consulting and managed network services. As one of the most respected and recognized leaders in its industry, AOS has a reputation for exceeding customer expectations in solving mission-critical problems with innovative applications of technology and expertise.
