Stifel Nicolaus Investment Banking Completed Transaction Announcement: RGS Associates, Inc. Acquired by CM Equity Partners
On November 29, 2006, CM Equity Partners (“CMEP”) acquired a majority stake in RGS Associates, Inc. (“RGS”). Stifel, Nicolaus & Company, Incorporated acted as exclusive financial advisor to RGS in connection with this transaction.
RGS is a leading provider of management consulting services that assist DoD and select civilian agency clients in optimizing organizational performance and implementing operational changes that increase efficiency, reduce costs, and make them more effective. The Company’s multi-disciplined consultants help senior government executives reduce the risk inherent in enterprise change by anticipating, managing and resolving organizational, technological, business and cultural challenges.
