Charles Pecchio, Jr.

Mr. Pecchio has served as a Director of 3001 International, Inc., a CMEP portfolio company, since 2002, and has served as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of 3001 in 2004 and 2005.

He is Chairman, President, and CEO of Verification Solutions, Inc. (VeriSol), which provides systems and services for real-time verification.

Previously, from 2002 to 2005, he served as Chairman of the Board of Return On Investment Corporation (ROI), which was the parent company of GO Software, Inc., a leading provider of payment processing software, until GO was sold to VeriFone (NYSE: PAY). From 1994 until 2002, he also served as President and CEO of ROI and its predecessor companies. In 2002, he founded and serves as the Chairman of Community Catalyst Corporation, a non-profit organization that serves youth, senior citizens, and the handicapped.

Since 1985, Mr. Pecchio has provided several companies with management and consulting services related to business development, capital funding, mergers, and acquisitions. From 1992 to 2002, he served as a director of Hoffman & Co, Inc., a provider of geospatial services based in Georgia. From 1985 to 1992, he served as a director of a venture management group and as an officer and director of several of its affiliated companies in the U.S., the U.K, Germany, France, and Switzerland. Mr. Pecchio's previous experience includes financial, sales, and management positions with Walston & Co., Value Line Mutual Funds, IBM Corporation, Foxboro Company, General Computer Corp., TeleVideo Systems, and NEC Information Systems.

Mr. Pecchio received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Pace University in New York State.
