Joseph A. Saponaro has worked with CMEP on federal transactions and portfolio companies since 1995. Mr. Saponaro serves on the Board of Directors of RGS Associates, Inc. and ATS Corporation (OTCBB: ATCT). Previously, Mr. Saponaro served on the Board of Resource Consultants, Inc., another CMEP portfolio company.
Mr. Saponaro has over 40 years experience providing Information Technology software systems, services and products for the U.S. Government and Commercial markets.
From 2003 to 2006 Mr. Saponaro held the position of President of L-3 Government Services, Inc. (GSI), a subsidiary of L-3 Communications Inc.. Prior to GSI, he was a sector president and General Manager of The Titan Corporation, responsible for management and direction of the Enterprise IT Outsourcing and Life Cycle Software and Systems Services divisions. Previously, Mr. Saponaro was President of AverStar (formerly Intermetrics) from 1995 until its sale to The Titan Corporation in 2000.
Mr. Saponaro has served on the Board of Directors of several professional societies and corporations, including American Electronics Association and NSIA.
