Paul J. Harder

Paul J. Harder has worked on transaction opportunities with CMEP since 2001. Mr. Harder is a co-investor in Portal Publications, Ltd. with CMEP and serves on Portal's Board of Directors.

In 1987 Mr. Harder purchased Auto Radiator Sales, Inc (ARS), a northeast distributor of automotive after-market heat transfer products. Over the next eleven years he built the business into the third largest brand of automotive after-market radiators in North America. ARS was sold to Ford Motor Company as a platform to take Ford's OEM climate control business into the global automotive aftermarket.

Prior to ARS Mr. Harder was the President of Bufkor, Inc., from 1982 to 1986, a maker of packaging and displays for jewelry and luxury goods.
