Wesley H.R. Gaus

Mr. Gaus is a partner of CMEP and joined the firm in 1998.

Prior to joining CMEP, Mr. Gaus was a part of the Investment Banking Division of ING Baring Furman Selz, LLC where he worked on merger and acquisition assignments and capital markets transactions in the areas of media, retail, consumer products, industrial manufacturing, and telecommunications.

Mr. Gaus' role at CMEP is to provide transaction and financing execution for both platform and add-on acquisitions and, post-closing, operational and financial guidance for company management. Mr. Gaus is a member of the Board of Directors of Martin Designs, Inc.

Mr. Gaus received a BS in Economics from the Wharton School, and a BSE in Systems Engineering from the School of Engineering & Applied Science through the Management & Technology Dual-Degree Program, at the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Gaus holds federal security clearances.
