David F. Shnitkin
Corporate Controller

Mr. Shnitkin is the Corporate Controller of CMEP. He is also the Corporate Controller of Carl Marks & Co., LP and has been affiliated with the firm since 1987.

Prior to joining the firm, he spent 7 years with the New York accounting firm of Berdon LLP in its corporate audit and tax department.

Mr. Shnitkin received a BS in Accounting, cum laude, from The State University of New York at Albany. He is a CPA and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.
