Thaddeus J. Fortin - Director and Senior Advisor

Mr. Fortin was the CEO and a Director for Haas Group International, a portfolio company of The Jordan Company, located in West Chester, PA.  In his role as CEO, he planned and directed all aspects of Haas's policies, objectives, and initiatives.  He was responsible for the short-and long-term profitability and growth of the company.  Mr. Fortin joined Haas in 1981 and held several positions during his tenure building the Company into the largest global chemical management services company with revenues of $625 million and servicing customers in North and South America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. In 2014, Haas was sold to Wesco Aircraft (now Incora). 
 
Mr. Fortin and his wife are the owners of French Creek Golf Club (Chester County, Pa.) designed by Gil Hanse.  In addition to GracoRoberts, he currently sits on the Board of: Triman Industries (AE Industrial), and ACR Group (The Jordan Company).  Mr. Fortin is also a Member of the Senior Advisory Council for AEA Investors LP.  His former board appointments were Drew Marine (The Jordan Co.), DuBois Chemical (The Jordan Co.), and Eagle National Bank. 
 
Mr. Fortin was the Founder and Director of Omnikem Inc., which was sold to Vulcan Materials Company, (NYSE:VMC) in September 2000, and Sun and Earth, Inc., sold to Murex Investments and the Barred Rock Fund in May 2001.  He was elected Trustee of Ithaca College in 2014 and was Chairman of the Business Advisory Council for the Business School at Ithaca College and was also elected as Trustee of The Haverford School in 2017. Mr. Fortin is a graduate of the Haverford School (1977) and Ithaca College (BS, 1981). He and his wife Mindy have three children.
