Jeffrey Mark - Managing Partner

Mr. Mark is a Managing Partner at CM Equity Partners, which he joined in December 2015.

​

He currently represents CMEP on the boards of JANUS Research Group, Dexis Interactive, Inc., GracoRoberts, Sabre Systems, Inc., and ShorePoint, LLC.

​

Prior to joining CMEP, Mr. Mark was a Director in the Risk Arbitrage Group at Royal Bank of Canada. Before that, he spent 20 years at Bear Stearns, where he served as a Managing Director in the Risk Arbitrage Sales Group and, earlier, as Managing Director and Global Head of Agency Event-Driven Trading. He began his career in the firm’s Accounting Department.

Mr. Mark earned a BBA in Finance from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. He is a current member of Business Executives for National Security (BENS), and previously served as Chairman of the UJA/Federation Young Leadership Wall Street Division, as well as a board member and co-founder of the Young Professionals of the American Parkinson Disease Association.

Mr. Mark is an Ironman triathlete, avid cyclist and his two daughters biggest cheerleader.
