Jeffrey Mark - Partner

Mr. Mark is a Partner at CM Equity Partners and joined the firm in December 2015. 

 

Mr. Mark represents CM Equity Partners on the Boards of BlueStreat Solutions, Inc. (Chairman), Black ICE Holdings, Dexis Interactive, Inc., GracoRoberts and Solerity, Inc. 

 

Mr. Mark was a Director in the Risk Arbitrage Group at Royal Bank of Canada. Prior to that, he spent 20 years at Bear, Stearns & Co. While at Bear he was a Managing Director in the Risk Arbitrage Sales Group. Prior to that, Mr. Mark was Managing Director and Global Head of Agency Even-Driven Trading.  He began his career in the Accounting Department at Bear, Stearns. 

 

Mr. Mark earned a BBA in Finance from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts/Amherst. Mr. Mark is a current member of Business Executives for National Security (BENS). He a past Chairman of the UJA/Federation Young Leadership Wall Street Division and a past board member and co-founder of the Young Professionals of the American Parkinson Disease Association.

 

Mr. Mark is an Ironman Triathlete and avid cyclist.
